Mark updates BOD that the state charter of 501c4 is approved by Maryland and now we can start on Federal. May need an attorney for such.

Discussion on new terms and conditions for subgroups. Whether or not to have a grandfather clause for existing sub groups.

Question arises on D&O insurance. Who is covered? Answer – all current monarchy and elected BOD Members. If someone sues a member, it covers cost of lawyer and up to 1 million.

Discussion on if someone who is hurt but still wishes to fight on field waives their right, do they have to be allowed to play.
Rule book states if any reeve feels someone or something is unsafe, they may remove said unsafe item or person from field.
Champion is also allowed to make them leave if there is a safety issue.

A part of the sitting benches at the park is broken after a member stepped on them. Bonnie is asked to call Kathy Beech at Parks and Rec to let them know.
