Hello everyone,

After coming to FoD and Gauntlet and visiting all sorts of other parks lately, I got back with Tankass down here in Havelock, NC and we are going to start our group back up. Should be a blast now that we both have a better understanding of what Amtgard is (when we started we literally ran across it online and started playing during ROTC at high school back in 01).
 I talked to Kurse, President of the BLBOD, and they have our contract on file still and say we are good to go. Rewth should be adding ourselves to the Atlas soon. We are voting on monarchy this weekend. And, per Yoshi's post - we will take pictures and place them on our facebook club page where you can join and see our forums and since. Facebook rocks.

What do you need from us other than us signing a contract with you?

New group!!  WOohoo!!  Here's a the Terms and Conditions agreement as it currently stands.  I believe there is an althing item that might possibly change it.

Terms and Conditions Agreement
 
The following proclamation outlines the relationship between the sponsoring Kingdom of Crystal Groves and the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Prior to approval of sub-group status the sub-group must provide the following to Crystal Groves’s monarchy:
A. A list of current monarchy and contact information.*
B. A list of current members playing in the sub-group, last two to six months depending on how long the group has been running.#
C. Directions to the sub-group’s park and meeting day/time.*
D. The address of any web site/forum/mail list the group uses and access to the same.*
E. A copy of the completed contract with Burning Lands Board of Directors.***
F. A picture of the current populace and monarchy (not mandatory)

The subgroup upon approval of sponsorship will provide to the Prime Minister of the kingdom the following records.
A.   Class points earned of the population of the sub-group, both current and past. *
B.   Awards given to the population of the sub-group, both current and past.*
C.   List of current and past monarchy.
D.   Audit of financial records. By the kingdom Monarch and Prime Minister to insure NPO operations.

Once the above records are submitted, quarterly updates will be submitted by the sponsored group’s chancellor. The update may be delivered by mail, email, or in person at kingdom crown coronations and the mid-reign feasts or within two weeks after the events. The kingdom Prime Minister will remind the sub-groups Chancellors vie the kingdom list/forum of upcoming records updates approximately 4 weeks before they are due.

The quarterly update consists of:
. Copies of Sign-In Sheets for your group during the outlined months. ***
. A list and contact information for your group’s current officers.*
. An updated copy of your group's credit sheet and awards list.*
. A copy of Althing minutes, BoD minutes and any newsletters published. **

***DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL COPIES OF YOUR RECORDS!
Records may be submitted as paper photocopies of the originals or electronic copies saved as PDF format files.

The subgroups of the Kingdom of Crystal Groves receive the following rights:
1. The monarch of the subgroup or their designated representative has a seat in the kingdom Board of Directors meetings and one vote on kingdom wide BoD issues.
2. The monarch of the subgroup and President BoD has access to the CG Officers Yahoo list.
2. General members of subgroups have a vote in any kingdom level Althing on kingdom wide issues. I.e. Rule clarifications, corpora changes.
3. Dues paid members of subgroups have a vote in kingdom level monarchy and BoD elections
4. In order for sub-group monarchy to be eligible for Kingdom level awards during any given quarter, your group's records must have been received on time for the previous quarter or be currently up to date, if they were late.
5. In order to be eligible for your group's elevation from shire status to barony status or from barony status to duchy status, your group's records must be current for the last 3 quarters
6. Sub-group monarchs have the right to add an item to the kingdom Althing agenda for discussion as per the CG corpora.

*  The information is considered accepted if it is fully posted on the ORK or ORK Atlas. This includes the posting past member’s credits and awards.
**  The information is considered accepted if it is easy accessible on a sub-group’s or the kingdom’s web site or forums.
*** A scanned, PDF copy of the document is acceptable, it may be emailed or provided on a CD-ROM.

Note this agreement is subject to change without notice. Already completed agreements as subject to change or termination by agreement of both parties.

Yay, Gunther! *Jumps up and down VERY pleased* I'm sooo happy for you. I'm very glad to see that you were able to get back into Amtgard after being away. I guess you also see what I was talking about in regards to the various aspects of Amtgard besides the fighting. I can't wait to see y'all bloom and grow over the next months to years.

Hm... sounds like a Christmas road trip possibility to me... Hit up HoR, VA beach, and Murky Hollow. I'll see what we can arrange now that I'm working. YAY!

Murky Hollow is not really new, just coming back to life.  Suggestions of sponorship which might be a bit closer, that would be Winters Edge, they are a principality under NW. Tank has a few contacts there and so do I.  If you need any help let me know.

it's good to hear you guys starting back up.    but isn't Tank a Triad?  i'd think Winter's Edge (under NW where the other triads are) would be a better pick for you guys....  don't get me wrong, you guys are good people, but far away people....  just sayin...
