Old Business –

1 - Voted on Setting up a separate account to place funds for insurance payments. Each feast half or a percentage of what was made will be placed into this account. Account will be created after FOF 2009.

2 - Monarchy and BOD Meeting at FOF 09. Monarchy will be Sat breakfast.
BOD is suggested to be Sunday Lunch at 11:00 am till Noon.


3 – Discussion and decision on who legally is in charge of feasts. It is decided the Regent who has the contract with the person or company who leases out the property has the legal final say, not the Monarchy. This included throwing people out of events.

4 – An old insurance agent approached us and would like to meet to see about giving us a cheaper quote for the same insurance. He is with a different  Insurance company now. Angela Souders and Bonnie Morin will return with the quotes.

5 – Demos at High school and middle schools are talked about. Peace and Alicia Martin would like to talk to South High and the Girls Club. Bonnie Morin will talk to Northern Middle nad the Big Sisters and Big Brothers.
